Beautiful Brows and Lashes are a global beauty brand based in Liverpool. They supply Professional Brow and Lash salon supplies worldwide and Semi-Permanent Brow Kits used by some of the UK’s top make-up artists including Sarah Brock on the set of 2017’s Blockbuster Wonder Woman. They have also developed an innovative lash lift formula “LASH BOMB” which is currently taking the lash industry by storm.


Beautiful Brows & Lashes initial website was rigid and difficult for consumers to navigate. The user experience was poor and it therefore suffered from a lower than average conversion rate. That, combined with the absence of a clear Digital Marketing strategy meant it was necessary to regenerate all communications for the brand and drive sales online. Digiclick we’re briefed to pursue a range of digital marketing avenues including paid search, paid social, influencer marketing, creative services and email marketing as well as designing and developing a new, customer first Shopify website.


Digiclick designed and developed a brand new, user friendly and responsive Shopify website for Beautiful Brows and Lashes. Features such as a clearer navigation and call-to-actions, customer reviews, features and benefits sections and cross-selling abilities enabled revenue to increase by just over 35% in the first month. From here, Beautiful Brows & Lashes online sales have grew consistently month on month thanks to user friendly design, effective web development and strategic Digital Marketing.

Digiclick developed an integrated marketing strategy for the first quarter of the year with clear aims and objectives as well as effective tactics. Part of the strategy was to slightly update the brand through the introduction of colour and also to develop owned brand assets using influencers, the use of influencers at the photoshoot directed by Digiclick allowed us to boost the initial reach of the social media account and to also secure strong imagery for the website. Between April 2017 and July 2018 the number of sales generated through social media has increased by an astounding 493.2%.
